As she learned and practiced its techniques, she noticed incredible results in her own mindset and her husband’s health. That transformation became her turning point. She decided to go deeper, get certified, and share what she had learned with others who might be silently struggling with stress, anxiety, or unhealthy lifestyle patterns.
